[CITYLAND] DEPUTY GROUP CEO / DIRECTOR OF THE HANOI BRANCH

We are currently seeking a candidate for the position of Deputy Group CEO cum Director of the Hanoi Branch — a senior management role representing the Group at the branch. This position is responsible for developing strategies, establishing project development plans, and providing comprehensive direction and management for operations in the northern region, including the Hanoi Branch.
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop strategic plans for the Northern Region and the Branch in alignment with the Group’s overall direction.
- Build organizational models and structures; establish professional human resource management practices; and develop a succession pipeline to ensure adequate resources for achieving strategic goals.
- Formulate and execute operational plans for the Region/Branch, including real estate project deployment, business planning, and comprehensive operational management of the Branch.
- Develop the operating budget, oversee implementation, optimize expenditures, and ensure achievement of financial targets.
- Supervise and coordinate the progress of the Branch’s plans across various functions, including but not limited to legal, financial investment, business operations, and project development.
- Proactively propose contingency solutions and allocate resources to ensure timely execution and operational efficiency.
II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Construction, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of project legal frameworks, corporate financial management, human resource management, and project management.
- Solid understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to project development, business operations, and branch management.
2. Work Experience
- At least 10 years of experience as Deputy CEO/Company Director/Branch Director in real estate, construction, or related industries.
- Experience working in multi-sector corporations; international experience is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of the real estate market and project operation management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
3. Skills
- Strategic thinking; executive leadership; organizational management; and ability to drive implementation toward goals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, crisis management, risk management, and innovation management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills; experience working with major clients, global partners, and regulatory authorities.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in IT applications, software, and relevant management tools.
