[CITYLAND] CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – PQ
A. Position Overview
Responsible for the performance of the Construction Management & Supervision team on site under the PMO, ensuring progress, quality, quantity/output, cost control, and compliance with HSE–Environmental–Fire Safety requirements within the project scope.

I. Job Description
Assignment & Document Control
- Receive and control task assignments and scope from the Project Director.
- Collect, review, and validate project documents from relevant CityLand departments.
- Maintain tracking lists for input documents; report urgent issues and project risks.
Planning
- Develop detailed execution plans to meet approved AOP, POP, and KPI targets.
- Plan schedules, cost/output, quality, and HSE–Environment–Fire Safety.
- Prepare action plans to achieve targets and handle deviations.
Execution & Control
- Organize on-site construction management and supervision in compliance with PM systems.
- Monitor and control approved AOP/POP/KPIs; track changes and impacts.
- Propose and implement approved adjustments; monitor inputs and budgets.
System Development
- Build and update systems for risk management, document storage, schedule/quality/cost/HSE control.
- Develop training, KPI targets, and performance reporting for the PM team.
II. Candidate Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, or related certifications.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years in construction management at real estate developers, main contractors, project developers, or multinational groups.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong presentation, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; capable of using and controlling technologies.
- System analysis and evaluation skills.
- English: Technical reading and basic communication is a plus.
