A. Position Overview

The Head of Project Operations leads the Project Implementation Division and is a key member of the Group’s management team, responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling all construction projects to ensure schedule, budget, and quality. This role works closely with partners, contractors, internal departments, and authorities to ensure project success.

B. Recruitment Details

I. Key Responsibilities

Project Division Management

• Advise the Board on project strategy and governance.
• Develop and implement division action plans.
• Manage and control contractors, partners, and suppliers.
• Review and improve project management systems.
• Take full responsibility for division performance.

Project & Construction Management

• Oversee all project execution and management activities.
• Lead construction scheduling, methods, resource, and material planning.
• Control progress, quality, and budget across all projects.
• Manage payment, settlement, and final accounts.
• Monitor performance and implement contingency plans.
• Handle project issues, risks, safety, environment, and fire prevention.
• Implement group-wide quality management systems.
• Supervise inspection, acceptance, and handover.

Team Management

• Lead, train, and develop project teams.
• Plan succession and talent development.
• Update policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

II. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction, Architecture, Construction Economics, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in construction, project management, and real estate.
• Valid project management and construction supervision licenses.
• 10+ years of experience; at least 5 years in a similar senior role in large-scale companies.
• Proven ability in planning, progress control, quality management, and schedule optimization.
• Experience working with PM teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, risk analysis, and reporting skills.
• Good knowledge of construction and real estate laws.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
• Strategic mindset, high-pressure resilience, integrity, and accountability.
