[CITYLAND] INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER
A. Position Overview
The Head of Information Technology (IT) plays a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of the Group’s IT systems. This position oversees the development, implementation, operation, and management of IT strategies and infrastructure to support the business ecosystem of the Group. The role ensures that all technology processes and infrastructure are aligned with the Group’s strategic growth objectives, while enhancing connectivity, efficiency, and security.
B. Recruitment Details
I. Job Responsibilities
1. Develop IT strategy and roadmap
- Advise and consult with the Group’s leadership on IT restructuring to ensure connectivity, synchronization, control, and optimization of operations—covering system architecture, network infrastructure, AI, and software development.
- Build and implement a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap to enhance efficiency and strengthen connectivity across the Group’s ecosystem.
2. Network & cybersecurity management
- Establish and maintain network and cybersecurity systems.
- Safeguard data and information, ensuring seamless operations and security across the Group.
3. IT application & solution development
- Lead the research, design, and implementation of innovative IT applications and solutions aligned with the Group’s business operations and budget optimization.
4. Manage external IT partners
- Oversee collaborations with IT vendors, service providers, and solution partners to deliver optimal results for the Group’s operations.
5. Coordinate with strategic partners
- Work with operational partners, educational institutions, and auditing/inspection bodies to implement strategic cooperation programs as directed by the Group.
6. Team leadership & development
- Lead, train, delegate, evaluate, and develop the IT team.
- Ensure effective performance and adherence to established processes and procedures.
II. Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Networking, or related fields.
- Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role (Head of Department/IT Director) at large corporations, diversified groups, or major real estate companies.
- Strong understanding of project management applications, hospitality/resort management systems, and experience working with international consultants and operators.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale IT projects is a strong advantage.
