[CITYLAND] PROJECT LEGAL SPECIALIST
A. Position Overview
The Project Legal Specialist is responsible for ensuring full legal compliance throughout the entire lifecycle of investment and construction projects—from the preparation of initial legal documents to project completion and handover. This role requires in-depth knowledge of land, construction, and planning laws, as well as the ability to work effectively with government authorities to secure approvals, maintain compliance, and ensure projects proceed on schedule.
B. Recruitment Details
I. Job Responsibilities
- Handle project-related legal procedures, including land allocation/lease, approval of land use pricing, financial obligations, land use rights certificates, and annual land use plans.
- Coordinate legal procedures to ensure real estate projects (commercial, residential—under construction or ready-built) are eligible for business operations.
- Manage legal procedures related to social housing projects.
- Prepare and submit proposals and regular reports as required.
II. Job Requirements
1. Education
- Male/Female, Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economic Law, Construction, Architecture, or other related fields.
2. Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project legal affairs at large-scale corporations, investors, or real estate developers.
- Preference for candidates with established networks within government authorities.
- Proven experience handling the full legal process of projects—from securing investment approval to completion and handover.
- Strong background in legal procedures related to public asset investment projects is an advantage.
3. Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of real estate, planning, housing, land, and construction investment regulations.
- Ability to keep updated on upcoming policies and coordinate with relevant authorities for project documentation.
- Expertise in administrative procedures and processes with government agencies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
