B. Recruitment Details

I. Responsibilities

  • Develop organizational structure, recruit, train, and manage personnel; set up necessary equipment and establish the Project Management Office at the site.
  • Receive, review, and follow up on design documents, contracts, and legal project files; propose solutions for deficiencies and obstacles.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, prepare official documents, and oversee the filing system between the Investor and Contractors.
  • Supervise storage and preservation of material samples.
  • Review, verify, and approve work volume documentation for settlement, then transfer to relevant departments according to company procedures.
  • Verify conditions before construction begins (site readiness, contractor capacity, consultants, and construction methods).
  • Organize site handover and groundbreaking, check construction methods, and monitor on-site setup.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts and drawings; track and update changes or additional work.
  • Approve materials as per contract and design documents; review and approve shop drawings.
  • Oversee and monitor finishing works to ensure compliance with approved design documents and approved design changes.
  • Organize evaluation and acceptance of construction quality and volume in accordance with company standards and regulations.
  • Monitor project progress (daily/weekly/monthly), resolve issues affecting construction timelines.
  • Coordinate contractors and supervise adherence to company’s collaboration procedures.
  • Manage contract scope and quantities; propose solutions for implementation.
  • Ensure workplace safety and environmental sanitation.
  • Handle violations, incidents, and manage risks regarding quality and progress.
  • Control department budget, alert potential cost overruns within allocated limits.
  • Develop, track, and report KPIs for the Department/Division; cooperate with internal teams for audits and compliance with regulatory authorities.

II. Requirements

1. Education – Specialization

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil & Industrial Construction or equivalent majors.

2. Work Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in the same field or related role.
  • Proven experience managing resort development projects (01 position).
  • Proven experience managing infrastructure projects (01 position).

3. Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
