A. Position Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for actively sourcing, consulting, and supporting clients interested in buying, selling, or leasing real estate properties. This role covers market research, product promotion, client advisory, contract support, and cross-department collaboration to ensure successful transactions. It requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a solid foundation in business or real estate.

I. Job Responsibilities
- Consult and introduce premium real estate products to potential clients via calls, meetings, seminars, and site tours.
- Provide tailored investment solutions to persuade clients to purchase properties.
- Achieve assigned personal sales targets.
- Maintain and expand client databases through company-provided data, self-sourcing, referrals, and digital marketing.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and expand client networks.
- Research potential and target clients, including their needs and connections.
- Continuously seek and establish new client relationships.
- Stay updated on the real estate market, project information, and trends, with a focus on high-end resort products.
- Build a strong personal brand and leverage marketing trends and KOL strategies for client acquisition.
- Understand product details thoroughly, including legal status, design, developer background, sales policies, profit commitments, and payment methods.
- Organize and participate in sales events, seminars, and project site tours (both local and out-of-town).
- Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Legal, Customer Service, etc.) to support clients throughout transactions.
- Follow up and assist clients during the entire home-buying process, building long-term relationships.
- Provide periodic reports on sales performance and client prospects to management.
II. Job Requirements
1. Education
- College or University degree (minimum: Diploma level).
- Valid Real Estate Brokerage Certificate.
2. Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury real estate sales.
- Experience with premium resort projects is a strong advantage.
- Passion for real estate with a long-term career orientation.
- Strong customer service mindset, especially in the luxury segment.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and financial products is a plus.
