A. Position Overview
The Senior Investment Specialist plays a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities. The position is responsible for pre-feasibility studies, detailed financial analysis, market trend assessment, and sourcing new investments aligned with the Company’s strategy.
B. Recruitment Details
I. Job Description
- Source JV/JD partners for company-invested projects in real estate, healthcare, education, logistics.
- Propose cooperation and joint-venture structures for project components.
- Prepare financial models and investment efficiency analyses for residential, resort, hotel, industrial, logistics, education, and healthcare projects.
- Evaluate new investment projects; conduct appraisal processes and preliminary feasibility reports.
- Control project costs in line with approved total investment.
- Prepare detailed project cash flow and consolidated company cash flow reports.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
II. Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Law, English, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Investment, Finance, or Project Development.
- Preference for candidates from large or diversified real estate groups.
Skills:
- Professional appearance and demeanor; confident communication.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong reporting and financial analysis skills; good understanding of real estate investment legal frameworks.
- Willingness to travel.
