CITYLAND_ MEP DESIGN LEADER

A.  Position Overview:

MEP Design leader is responsible for leading the MEP design team (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technical infrastructure). This role ensures that MEP design work meets technical standards, is feasible, and aligns with project schedules.

B. Recruiment Details :

I. Job description:

• Advise senior management on design quality, progress, and new technologies; propose technical solutions and materials to optimize schedule and cost.
• Review and evaluate consultants’ capabilities and design proposals; recommend selection criteria for contractors.
• Responsible to the Design Director for all MEP (Electrical, Plumbing, Infrastructure) design management activities.
• Manage MEP design schedules, budgets, and quality across all assigned projects.
• Review and verify design drawings for compliance with standards; assess materials and proposed solutions by consultants.
• Provide planning, technical input, and design feedback at each project stage.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

II. Job Requirement: 

1. Education – Major:

• Gender: Male/Female
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Water Supply & Drainage, Infrastructure, or related fields

2. Experience & Knowledge:

• Minimum 10 years in MEP design/project management for real estate projects (resorts, hotels, urban areas),  At least 3 years in a team leader or managerial role.
• Experience working with international contractors and consultants.

3. Skills:

• Proficient in technical English
