CITYLAND_ PROJECT MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR
A. Position Overview:
The Project Management Director is responsible for leading all phases of construction projects — from planning to handover. This includes managing teams, monitoring progress, ensuring quality, controlling costs, and maintaining safety standards. The role also oversees legal documents, contracts, and designs, while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure timely and compliant project execution.
B. Recruiment Details :
I. Job description:
- Lead and manage assigned projects from planning to completion, including systems, processes, resources, and execution.
- Plan and control overall project budgets, cost schedules, and cash flow.
- Forecast project resources and manage them efficiently.
- Identify and assess potential on-site risks and develop prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve delays and implement corrective actions.
- Evaluate project performance upon completion.
- Advise the Board of Directors on project-related matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned by top management.
II. Job Requirement:
1. Education – Major:
- Gender: Male
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil or Industrial Construction, or related fields.
2. Experience & Knowledge:
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in top-tier real estate or construction firms.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects, resort projects (required), urban areas, commercial areas, schools, hotels, etc.
3. Skills:
- Proficient in English for work communication.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled in team development and resource planning.
