A.  Position Overview:

The Sales Director is a key member of the Group’s management team, playing a crucial role in shaping and developing business strategies. They are primarily responsible for business performance and report directly to the Executive Board. This position requires a deep understanding of business and sales, outstanding leadership skills, and the ability to align goals and people within the organization to foster a high-performance work environment that meets international standards.

In this role, the Sales Director frequently collaborates with leading global partners, corporations, and experts, gaining opportunities to expand their scope of work across various industries in which the Group is actively developing.

B. Recruiment Details :

I. Job description:

  • Manage all business activities, including direct sales, agency development, leasing, and customer care.
  • Set business direction, develop systems, processes, and guidelines to ensure effective department operations.
  • Create and implement business plans while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and related departments to build growth strategies and expand market presence.
  • Develop budgets related to profit targets and operational costs.
  • Build and develop a capable sales team.
  •  Advise the CEO on ways to improve business efficiency.
  • Lead marketing strategies and post-sale customer care activities.
  • Manage the sales department to achieve set targets.
  • Research and develop new markets, build strong customer and partner relationships to create business opportunities and increase revenue.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

II. Job Requirement: 

1. Education – Major:

  • Gender: Male/Female
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields

2. Experience & Knowledge:

  • At least 5 years’ management experience in similar roles at multi-industry companies, preferably leading real estate firms.
  • Strong knowledge of the Vietnamese real estate market, including legal and regulatory aspects.

3. Skills:

  • Excellent communication, planning, market development, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Professional appearance, confident demeanor.
  • Proficient English communication and work skills.
