A. Position Overview:
The Deputy Head of Project Legal Department is an extremely important position in the company, not only being fully responsible for the legal preparation of the project, working with competent authorities at all levels in the locality where the project is invested and built from the stage of providing planning information to applying for investment policies to granting construction permits, completing the certificate of eligibility to sell future assets, granting certificates of housing and land
B. Recruiment Details :
I. Job description:
- Advise the Board of Directors on legal matters related to the company’s real estate projects.
- Handle the full legal process for investment projects: planning approval, investment policy, construction permits, sales conditions, and property ownership certification.
- Support compensation and site clearance procedures.
- Review land valuation reports and ensure financial obligations are fulfilled as required.
- Prepare legal documents and ensure quality acceptance for completed construction projects.
- Represent the company in inspections and audits related to project legality and construction compliance.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of all legal project documents.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by upper management.
II. Job Requirement:
1. Education – Major:
- Gender: Male/Female
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Land Law, Construction Law, or related fields. Preferred: Master’s in Law or Lawyer Practice Certificate.
2. Experience & Knowledge:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project legal work at large-scale real estate developers or investment companies.
- At least 3 years in a managerial or deputy managerial legal role.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end project legal procedures, from investment approval to handover.
- Preferred: Strong relationships with government agencies and experience in public asset investment projects.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
