CITYLAND_INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST  

A.  Position Overview:

Infrastructure Design Management Specialist responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating the implementation of transportation and technical infrastructure design. Ensures design documents meet current standards and regulations, collaborates with related departments, and proficiently uses industry-specific software and technical English. Requires strong analytical thinking, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.

B. Recruiment Details:

I. Job description:

• Develop work implementation plans and organize the detailed design deployment of Transportation and Infrastructure items as requested by the Board of Directors;
• Review the quality of infrastructure design documents to ensure they meet design requirements, regulations, and current standards;
• Inspect the technical infrastructure planning of roadways, site leveling, and water supply/drainage systems;
• Coordinate and review detailed design documents from consulting units in accordance with regulations;
• Conduct in-depth research on construction design issues in the field of Transportation and Technical Infrastructure;
• Collaborate with other disciplines (Architecture, MEP, Interior…) to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities;
• Provide consultation to direct managers and department leaders for reporting to the General Director and Division Director;
• Report periodically on assigned tasks to direct managers;
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

II. Job Requirement: 

1. Education – Major:

• Gender: Male/Female
• Graduated from university or higher with a major in Transportation Engineering, Civil and Infrastructure Engineering.

2. Experience & Knowledge :

• Over 5 years of experience in transportation and infrastructure design, as well as managing related design specialties.
• Thorough knowledge and proficiency in current design standards and regulations.
• Candidates with a professional license in infrastructure design are preferred.
• Priority given to candidates with experience in design management and a background in design, construction supervision, and execution of construction projects.

3. Skills:

• Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze and assess the capabilities of consulting firms.
• Proficient in managing design documentation accurately and systematically. Skilled in handling situations and managing tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to learn quickly.
• Detail-oriented, careful, responsible, and dedicated to the job.
• Able to work independently and in teams, handle work pressure well, and demonstrate a high sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in using specialized software for project management and execution.
• Good communication and usage of technical English.
• Willing to work overtime and travel for business trips.
