CITYLAND_SUPERVISION ENGINEER – SITE CONSTRUCTION

A.  Position Overview:

Fully responsible for supervising and ensuring the quality, progress, and quantity of civil construction and infrastructure works of the project in strict accordance with the approved design documents, technical standards, current regulations, and the Investor’s requirements. To coordinate closely with the Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC), Contractors, and relevant parties to protect the Investor’s interests, while ensuring the project meets high-end standards.

B. Recruiment Details :

I. Job description:

• Directly supervise the construction of civil works (structure, rough finishing) and/or infrastructure (roads, water supply & drainage, site leveling) of the project.
• Work closely with the construction supervision consultant (CSC) and contractors to ensure quality, progress, safety, and design compliance.
• Inspect and verify completed quantities, participate in the acceptance of works and items.
• Participate in the acceptance of final work and hand-over
• Maintain site diaries, prepare regular reports on construction status.
• Inspect input materials and the contractor’s technical dossiers.
• Prepare regular reports on progress, quality, safety, SC performance, and arising issues for the direct manager.

II. Job Requirement: 

1. Education – Major:

• Gender: Male
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil & Industrial Construction or equivalent disciplines.

2. Experience & Knowledge:

• Minimum 05 years of experience in supervising civil for construction projects, preferable for candidates with experience from the Investor’s side, large-scale projects or high-end hotels/resorts.
• Solid understanding of construction and acceptance processes and standards
• Possession of a valid Professional Practicing Certificate for Construction Supervision is a significant advantage.

3. Skills:

• Proficient in specialized software/tools relevant to the role.
• Willingness to travel or work in remote locations when required.
• Ability to work in teams, handle work pressure, and demonstrate high responsibility.
• Capable of managing project aspects including schedule, volume, cost, quality, occupational safety & health, and all investment and construction-related components.
• Strong site supervision and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and analyze technical design drawings and shop drawings.
