CONNECTION – TOGETHERNESS – GROWTH:A STORY FROM THE “LUNCH & LEARN” PROGRAM

On September 26, 2025, at the Level 2 Auditorium – CityLand Tower, the CityLand Group family gathered for the “Lunch & Learn” program under the theme: Review of the First 8 Months & Strategic Plans for the Final 4 Months of 2025.

1. Moments of Sharing – Bonds Among Colleagues

In a warm and heartfelt atmosphere, the event became a special occasion where the Board of Directors and employees across all three locations—Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Phu Quoc—looked back on the past eight months, celebrated the milestones achieved, and aligned on key objectives for the months ahead.

The program opened with a comprehensive review report, outlining strategic directions and action plans for the remaining months of the year. Most importantly, the Board of Directors delivered an inspiring message of unity, proactiveness, and determination to conquer new milestones together.

Beyond numbers and strategies, the gathering was a chance for colleagues to meet, share, and better understand one another. Radiant smiles and heartfelt handshakes painted a beautiful portrait of a team bound by connection and mutual support.

2. Flavors of Reunion – Warmth Beneath the Mid-Autumn Moon

To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, CityLand Group presented mooncakes to every employee during the program. This thoughtful yet simple gift was a gesture of care from the Board of Directors to the families of all employees, carrying with it the warmth of reunion.

After the official review, the hall buzzed with cheerful conversations over a buffet lunch prepared by Hotel Academy Vietnam – a proud member of the CityLand Group ecosystem. Laughter, stories about work and life, and genuine connections turned an ordinary lunch into a cherished memory.
