GROWING FROM LITTLE THINGS: HOTEL ACADEMY VIETNAM KICKS OFF SUMMER CAMP 2025 IN PHU QUOC

In an era where technology increasingly dominates every aspect of life, creating a space where children can live authentically, be heard, and grow through real-life experiences has become a growing concern for many parents. With this mission in mind, Hotel Academy Vietnam officially launched the Summer Camp 2025 – an intensive career-oriented summer program for students aged 10 to 16.

Unlike a typical holiday, Summer Camp 2025 at Hotel Academy Vietnam is designed as a comprehensive educational journey – where children not only play and have fun, but also develop essential skills, build character, and cultivate a positive mindset in alignment with the values of modern hospitality.

Each activity – from cooking a delicious dish or crafting a tart or mousse, to neatly folding napkins or bowing with sincerity to greet guests – is crafted as a ritual of growing up. Here, children learn to live with responsibility, attentiveness, and discipline. Most importantly, they come to understand that providing service isn’t simply about serving — it’s about spreading kindness.

1. International-Standard Career-Oriented Summer Camp for the Next Generation

Hotel Academy Vietnam has announced that this year’s program is themed "Big Changes Start from Small Things", focusing on three main activity groups:

• Practical Career Training: making Choux and Tart pastries, preparing savory dishes, and practicing front office – housekeeping – restaurant service operations.
• Personal Development Skills: communication, problem-solving, teamwork, English public speaking, and cultivating perseverance and discipline.
• Cultural & Social Experiences: Gala Dinner, outdoor BBQ, trips to VinWonders and Safari, and connecting with peers from all over.

The program is divided into two age groups: 10–14 years old and 14–16 years old, with tailored content suited to each group’s adaptability.

2. A safe learning environment – professionally managed.

Hosted at Hotel Academy Vietnam, Summer Camp 2025 adheres to international standards in facilities, food safety, and includes 24/7 dedicated supervision, with daily activity updates shared with parents.

In the service industry, professional knowledge is important—but kindness and hospitality are essential values for success. That spirit runs through every activity of this summer camp: from neatly folding tablecloths, patiently waiting in line, and attentively listening to peers, to offering guests a warm smile and respectful bow.
