Phu Quoc – Summer 2025. Amid the increasingly dominant rhythm of the digital age, it is rare to find a space gentle and meaningful enough for children to truly be themselves – to listen, to empathize, and to grow through everyday experiences.

Organized by Hotel Academy Vietnam, Summer Camp 2025 is more than just a summer getaway. It is born from the aspiration to craft a holistic educational journey—where the young generation can build character, strengthen life skills, and cultivate a positive mindset aligned with the values of kindness and excellence that define the modern service industry.

More than just a meaningful summer getaway, Summer Camp 2025 at Hotel Academy Vietnam offers a hands-on career experience—empowering students to develop a proactive mindset, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.

2. An International-Standard Career Camp for the Next Generation

Hotel Academy Vietnam stated that young campers aged 10 to 16 will have the opportunity to explore the world of international-standard hospitality right in Phu Quoc. More than that, they will learn to listen, empathize, communicate sincerely, and live responsibly—core values that lay the foundation for a stronger path to maturity.

From baking a Choux pastry by hand to bowing and thanking guests with genuine eye contact, every activity in the program is thoughtfully designed as a “rite of passage,” helping students to: Understand that service isn’t just about serving—it’s about spreading kindness; Live with greater responsibility and empathy; Cultivate discipline, meticulousness, and adaptability

With the theme “Big Changes Begin with Small Steps”, the program offers a series of hands-on activities, experiential learning, and meaningful connections.

• Career Practice: Tart, Choux, and Mousse baking; savory dish preparation; front office, housekeeping, and banquet service training.
• Personal Development: Communication skills, problem-solving, teamwork, English presentations, and building discipline and perseverance.
• Social & Cultural Activities: Gala Dinner, BBQ, trips to VinWonders and Safari, and connecting with friends from all over.

Time & Avenue:

• Phase 1: 16/06 – 29/06/2025
• Phase 2: 04/07 – 17/07/2025
• Place: Hotel Academy Phu Quoc – Bai Vong Intersection, Ham Ninh Commune, Phu Quoc City, Kien Giang

 Participants: Students aged 10–16, divided into 2 groups:

• Group 1: 10–14 years old
• Group 2: 14–16 years old

• Each group has its own program suitable for age and adaptability.
