CITYLAND PARTNERS WITH HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF ARCHITECTURE TO EXPAND CAREER OPPORTUNITIES FOR ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION STUDENTS
On October 17, 2025, at the Enterprise Connection and Cooperation Conference for the 2025–2026 academic year hosted by Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture (UAH), CityLand Group (CityLand Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd.) participated as a sponsoring partner and officially introduced its Career-Oriented Internship Program designed for students majoring in Architecture, Urban Planning, Design, Construction, Project Management, and related disciplines.

The conference brought together over 40 enterprises across various industries, fostering stronger linkages between academia and real-world professional environments. CityLand Group contributed a total sponsorship package valued at VND 100,000,000, which includes: 10 scholarships for high-performing students; funding support for academic activities during the 2025–2026 school year; and a 3-month internship program at CityLand built on the principle of “learning through projects, growing from hands-on experience.”
A representative of CityLand Group shared:
“We believe that a sustainable career journey for young professionals must begin with real-world exposure—where they are encouraged to challenge themselves, guided by experienced mentors, and inspired to grow. At CityLand Group, we welcome students with ambition, a growth mindset, and a desire to make a meaningful impact on Vietnam’s real estate and construction landscape. We are not merely offering internships—we are providing a pathway to shape their professional future.”
This collaboration underscores CityLand Group’s commitment to social responsibility while reaffirming its strategic vision of cultivating a new generation of talent—creative thinkers with strong adaptability and a long-term development mindset in the industry. Through university–enterprise engagement initiatives, students gain direct access to real projects, engage in professional workflows, and identify their core strengths early in their career journey.
UAH representatives emphasized that the involvement of corporate partners such as CityLand Group plays a vital role in bridging the gap between students and evolving labor market demands, while laying the foundation for practical, industry-based training models that shorten the distance between theory and practice.
In the coming period, CityLand Group aims to expand its student engagement initiatives through scholarships, career talkshows, and specialized workshops tailored to high-potential students and young professionals.

The partnership between CityLand and UAH is expected to unlock new career pathways for the younger generation and contribute to developing a highly skilled workforce for Vietnam’s real estate and construction sector.
CityLand Group firmly believes that every young talent deserves to begin their journey in an environment that is challenging, inspiring, and empowering.

CityLand Group is ready to welcome aspiring interns and potential candidates seeking to build a long-term career in real estate and construction.
