About the role .

The Housekeeping Facilitator (Phú Quốc based) is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in line with hospitality industry expectations. This role includes oversight of housekeeping operations, staff supervision, inventory and cost control, and implementing service standards. In addition, the role plays a critical part in facilitating and delivering high-quality housekeeping training programs aligned with VET byEHL standards, contributing to the professional development of future hospitality leaders.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
  • Facilitate and train students in practical housekeeping skills and industry best practices as VET by EHL standards.
  • Evaluate and guide student performance through hands-on training and feedback.
  • Develop and deliver housekeeping training modules in alignment with the academy’s curriculum.
  • Conduct regular room and facility inspections to maintain quality control.
  • Manage housekeeping inventory, supplies, and budget effectively.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and student training integration.
  • Implement and monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance both operations and training content.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Management.Requirements
  • A Vietnamese with international background, proven experience with a minium of 3 years at managerial level or similar leadership role
  • Experience in Housekeeping facilitating or training, lecturing is a plus
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  •  Passion for service excellence and education
  • Excellent at Vietnamese and English communication skills
