About the role

Head of Admissions and Marketing (Phú Quốc based) responsible for leading and overseeing the development, execution, and performance of all admission and marketing strategies. This role involves ensuring the recruitment of qualified students, managing branding and marketing efforts, and driving enrollment growth. Additionally, the Head of Admission and Marketing will play a key role in overseeing the marketing initiatives for The HUB Hotel, ensuring that marketing strategies align with the hotel’s brand positioning, target audience, and business objectives. This includes driving brand awareness, developing promotional campaigns, managing digital marketing efforts, and enhancing guest engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities:

1.Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive admissions and marketing strategies to achieve enrollment targets and institutional objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, student demand, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain competitiveness in the education sector.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the admissions and marketing team, providing clear direction, coaching, and training to ensure high performance.
  • Lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans for The HUB Hotel and The Hotel Academy Phú Quốc, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s vision, mission, and overall business objectives.

2. Student Recruitment and Admissions

  • Manage the end-to-end student recruitment and admissions process, from identifying prospective students to guiding them through application and enrollment.
  • Design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to attract qualified candidates and increase application and enrollment numbers.
  • Plan, organize, and lead admissions-related events, including open days, webinars, campus tours, and recruitment fairs.

3. Marketing & Branding

  • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email marketing, print materials, and online advertising.
  • Maintain, strengthen, and consistently communicate the institution’s brand identity, ensuring alignment with its mission, vision, and values.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to develop engaging promotional content (brochures, videos, newsletters, etc.) that enhances brand visibility and student engagement.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on the performance of admissions and marketing initiatives using key metrics such as conversion rates, website traffic, and enrollment trends.
  • Apply data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve the overall recruitment and admissions process.
  • Manage and monitor admissions and marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources.

5. Collaboration & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school counselors, education agents, industry partners, and community stakeholders to increase visibility and drive student applications.
  • Work closely with academic departments to fully understand program offerings and ensure marketing and admissions materials accurately reflect them.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure admissions and marketing strategies are aligned with institutional priorities and long-term goals.

6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in education marketing and student recruitment.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance the admissions process and overall student experience.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality across recruitment and admissions activities.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of +8 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or a related field within the education sector, with at least 5years in a leadership role, hospitality and education industry is highly preferred. 
  • Experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Creative, innovative, and results-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent in English and Vietnamese communication
