[CITYLAND] RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
About the Role
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process, from workforce planning and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding. This role plays a key part in ensuring the timely and effective provision of talent across diverse business sectors, including real estate, education, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Executing Recruitment
- Collaborate with departments to identify regular and ad-hoc hiring needs.
- Develop and implement recruitment plans for assigned business groups (Real Estate, Education, Hospitality, etc.).
- Manage the recruitment process for positions ranging from staff to middle management, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
Sourcing & Building Talent Pipelines
- Source candidates through job portals, company website, social media, referrals, and recruitment partners.
- Build and maintain a talent database tailored to different business areas.
- Support employer branding through recruitment marketing activities and career events.
Managing the Recruitment Process
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate potential.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and functional leaders for in-depth interviews.
- Handle post-selection activities: background checks, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare and deliver regular recruitment reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Contribute ideas to enhance recruitment processes, tools, and templates.
- Support the development of effective onboarding procedures for new hires.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience in medium to large-scale organizations.
- Experience in multi-industry recruitment is preferred.
Skills
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
