A. Position Overview

The Sales Director plays a pivotal role in driving revenue and supporting sales activities. Acting as a vital bridge between the Company’s leadership and frontline sales teams, this position ensures the effective execution of short- and mid-term business strategies.
B. Recruitment Details
I. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market, customer, partner, and competitor research; propose suitable product strategies and sales policies.
- Contribute to the development of sales and leasing strategies in line with the Company’s business objectives for each phase.
- Develop and execute plans to expand markets and identify potential clients.
- Analyze and evaluate customer needs for products and services.
- Implement marketing and sales promotion activities for the Group’s projects, products, and services.
- Directly execute sales programs, business events, client conferences, and customer acquisition activities.
- Coordinate with relevant departments in contract negotiations and signing.
- Train and mentor sales staff in building strong client and agency relationships.
- Oversee receivables collection and customer service to ensure service excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
II. Candidate Requirements
- Gender: Male/Female.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate or construction, preferably with large-scale real estate developers.
- Strong market knowledge, ability to consult on product strategies, and an extensive partner/client network.
- Proven ability to introduce partners/investors to the Company.
- Languages: Strong command of English for business communication.
- Skills:
- Strong networking, business development, and strategic relationship management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Professional appearance, confident demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
- Other: Willingness to travel or work on business trips when required.
