CITYLAND GROUP | BUILDING A SAFE WORKPLACE WHERE EVERY INDIVIDUAL IS VALUED

At CityLand Group, a positive working environment is about more than opportunities for career development. It is also a place where individuals feel cared for, protected and supported in their work. Guided by this belief, CityLand continues to foster a culture of safety through practical initiatives, helping to create a professional, responsible and people-centred workplace.

Safety Begins with Individual Responsibility

On 24 October 2026, CityLand Group, in collaboration with Firefighting and Rescue Team No. 15, organised its 2026 fire prevention, firefighting and rescue awareness and emergency response training programme at CityLand Tower in Ho Chi Minh City.

The programme included guidance on fire safety legislation and practical emergency response drills, bringing together representatives from the Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police, An Nhon Ward Police, employees of CityLand and CityHouse, and representatives of customers based at the building.

Through instructional sessions and practical exercises simulating real-life scenarios, employees reinforced their knowledge of fire prevention and safety, practised evacuation procedures and initial emergency response techniques, and strengthened their ability to coordinate with the relevant authorities during emergencies.

Beyond equipping participants with essential skills, the programme encouraged proactive risk prevention, effective coordination and a shared sense of responsibility for maintaining a safe working environment.

A Positive Workplace Is Built on Meaningful Commitments

At CityLand, we believe that long-term employee engagement is shaped not only by the nature of the work or opportunities for career advancement, but also by the extent to which individuals feel valued, respected and supported throughout their professional journey.

A professional workplace is defined by more than its physical environment or operational procedures. It is also reflected in how an organisation prioritises employee safety, provides the conditions for people to work with confidence and enables them to fulfil their potential.

For this reason, alongside its core business activities, CityLand places considerable emphasis on raising safety awareness, developing practical skills and encouraging each individual to take responsibility for their own wellbeing and that of their colleagues and the wider community.

The 2026 fire safety and emergency response programme is a tangible expression of this commitment, helping to embed a culture of safety in everyday awareness and workplace practices.

Valuing Every Individual, Growing Together

Throughout more than 23 years of growth and development, CityLand Group has consistently recognised the vital role of its people in creating lasting value for the organisation.

Every member of CityLand, regardless of their position or responsibilities, contributes to the company’s progress through their capabilities, dedication and commitment to their work.

Creating a safe, professional and people-centred working environment is therefore more than a corporate responsibility. It is also how CityLand demonstrates its appreciation for the people who contribute to its continued development.

At the end of each working day, what matters is not only the tasks completed or the achievements made, but also the simple yet meaningful moment when every individual returns home safely to their family and loved ones.

At CityLand, we believe that when individuals are cared for and given opportunities to grow, the entire organisation gains a stronger foundation on which to move forward together.

This belief continues to guide CityLand in building a workplace where every individual can work with confidence, develop their capabilities and contribute to creating lasting value for the future.
